Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value under the following conditions:

The request is made within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with Irish consumer law. The item is in perfect condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the price difference must be covered by the customer.

Exchange Process: Contact us within 14 days to notify us of your request. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item. After receiving and verifying the item, we will process the exchange as agreed.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item.
